W\u00e4hrend die SX-Versionen noch \u00fcber keine FPU verf\u00fcgten, waren in alle DX-Versionen bereits numerische Koprozessoren integriert. Mit dem 486 SL und 486 GX wurden auch Prozessoren f\u00fcr embedded und portable Systeme produziert.
