Der 80386 kam als &#8222;low cost&#8220; Version (geringere Busbreite) mit der Bezeichnung SX sowie als Vollversion mit der Bezeichnung DX auf den Markt. Der 80376 wurde f\u00fcr embedded Systeme produziert und stellte die Grundlage f\u00fcr die sp\u00e4teren EX-Versionen des 80386 dar.
